It has an adjustable tie at the neck which you can knot into a voluminous bow for a really feminine feel, leave untied, twist around your neck for a high collar blouse, and a wide, extra long, raglan sleeve. It is made in Canada from a chiffon and has a breezy, loose fit. Temper the sheer finish with a tonal camisole or bralette. Comes with a pair of elastics to puff up the sleeves (see video).
